This recording brings together Montana-based guitarist, Alex Nauman; Colorado-based bassist, Matt Smiley; and Wyoming-based percussionist, Ron Coulter for their third album. Their music is difficult to define. It blurs the already blurry line betwee free jazz and free improvisation. It is unpredictable and strangely captivating with odd juxtapositions, complex textures, distorted melodies, and twisted rhythmic lines.
